Managing Director

Jaimin Gupta is a visionary entrepreneur reshaping India’s textile landscape through strategic leadership and innovation. In 2015, he founded Stitched Textiles Limited (Barcelona), transforming it into a nationally recognised brand driven by modern design and bold marketing—marked by collaborations with cricket legend Virender Sehwag and actor Sonu Sood.

He further expanded his presence in the industry with the acquisition of Varvee Global Limited in 2024, reinforcing his position as a forward-thinking industry leader.

Outside textiles, Jaimin Gupta is a prominent HNI investor, known for his dynamic equity investments across over 100 companies. He actively advises startups and businesses on fundraising through IPOs and private equity.

Combining vision with sharp execution, Jaimin Gupta continues to build long-term value across textiles, capital markets, and entrepreneurship.

Director – Operations

With over two decades of deep-rooted experience in the textile sector, Mr. Tarachand Agrawal brings unmatched operational expertise to Varvee Global Limited His core strengths lie in sourcing, manufacturing, and retail—ensuring smooth supply chain functioning and vendor management.

Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiencies and forging lasting industry partnerships. His practical leadership and industry acumen make him a respected figure in the Indian textile ecosystem.

Mr. Nipun Arora

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Nipun V. Arora is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Varvee Global Limited (formerly known as Aarvee Denims and Exports Limited). He brings strong industry knowledge, strategic direction, and leadership experience to the Company, with a specialized focus on the textile sector.

Mr. Arora possesses extensive expertise in textile operations, product development, market expansion strategies, and supply chain management, having been closely associated with the textile industry for several years. His insight into industry trends, customer preferences, and production efficiencies supports the Company’s growth and competitiveness.

In his role as a Non-Executive Director, Mr. Arora contributes to strategic planning, governance, and long-term value creation while providing independent oversight and guidance to the Board. He plays an active role in shaping Varvee Global Limited’s transformation initiatives and strengthening its position in the domestic and international textile market.

Mr. Arora remains committed to advancing excellence, innovation, and sustainable business practices as the Company continues its journey of growth and modernization.

Mr. Kandarp Trivedi

Independent Director

Mr. Kandarp Trivedi is a Practising Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of professional experience, and the Proprietor of M/s. KGT & Co., Chartered Accountants, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He is a Fellow Member (FCA) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

He has obtained prestigious post-qualification certifications including the Diploma in Information Systems Audit (D.I.S.A.) conducted by ICAI, and is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (C.I.S.A.) certified by ISACA, Illinois, USA. His extensive professional journey encompasses assignments across diverse domains in leadership and advisory capacities.

Mr. Kandarp Trivedi is also an Empanelled Faculty with ICAI for the Post-Qualification Course on Diploma in Information Systems Audit, delivering lectures for the past nine years, contributing significantly to professional education and knowledge development in the field of information systems and audit.

Mr. Ankit N. Mittal is a Chartered Accountant, qualified in 2011, and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He currently serves as a Senior Partner at Pankaj R. Singhal & Co., Chartered Accountants, Surat, and has previously worked with Ernst & Young (E&Y) GDS India, gaining strong global exposure in finance and audit practices.

With over 12 years of extensive experience in the fields of Finance, Accountancy, and Taxation, Mr. Mittal has been actively involved in advising corporates on regulatory compliance, financial structuring, audit strategies, and taxation matters.

He is also an invited speaker at various professional forums and has authored several insightful articles for professional bodies. Known for his keen understanding of business environments, he actively keeps himself updated on current affairs, government policies, RBI & SEBI regulations, corporate market developments, and industry-specific reforms.

With his deep professional expertise and strong governance orientation, Mr. Mittal brings valuable independent perspective and leadership to the Board.

Mr. Ravi Modi

CA Ravi Modi is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over eight years of comprehensive experience in Accounting, Auditing, Direct Taxation, Corporate Laws, and Financial Management. He brings strong analytical abilities and proven expertise in strengthening financial governance, driving compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.

CA Ravi Modi is currently associated with Detox Corporation Private Limited, a company engaged in Environmental Monitoring, where he provides strategic financial advisory, compliance management, and audit oversight. His professional exposure spans diverse sectors including dairy manufacturing, textile trading, lab-grown diamonds, charitable educational institutions, automobile dealerships, and professional consulting firms.

With a robust command over corporate taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial modelling, he has successfully supported organizations in budgeting, forecasting, business planning, mergers & acquisitions, and financial restructuring. He is also proficient in drafting and vetting a wide range of legal and corporate documents.

Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Ms. Abira Mansuri serves as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, bringing with her over 11 years of comprehensive experience in corporate governance, legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and secretarial functions. She plays a pivotal role in driving governance excellence and ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory frameworks.

Ms. Mansuri leads key responsibilities relating to legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance initiatives, and has successfully managed complex corporate actions including takeover transactions, preferential issues, revival and reinstatement of the Company with the Stock Exchange, and major restructuring initiatives.

She has extensive expertise in handling SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the Companies Act, 2013, listing obligations, corporate filings, secretarial audits, and liaison with regulatory authorities. She is proficient in the end-to-end management of General Meetings, Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and ensuring seamless Board processes and stakeholder communication.

Mr. Jignesh Parmar

Chief Financial Officer

Qualified Chartered Accountant with over 6 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory audit, with a strong focus on the textile sector. At Varvee Global Limited, he brings detailed-oriented expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and statutory audit, drawing from diverse exposure across industries including textiles, trading, e-commerce, power generation, and charitable trusts.

He holds proven capabilities in the preparation and finalisation of financial statements, income tax and TDS return filings, and audits under the Income-tax Act, 1961 and Companies Act, 2013. Jignesh is also skilled in conducting stock audits and performing analytical reviews for private and listed companies.

Prior to joining Varvee Global Limited, he worked with EY (Big 4) in the Statutory Audit domain for over 2 years, handling audits for a listed independent power generation company. His cross-industry insight, including exposure to manufacturing and inventory-heavy businesses, adds valuable perspective to Varvee's financial governance in the textile domain.
